He Yan received the master’s degree from Nanjing Forestry University, Jiangsu, China, in 2014. Currently, he is pursuing the Ph.D. degree at Nanjing University of Science and Technology. His research interests include machine learning, pattern recognition, intelligent transportation systems, and their applications.
